Making sure you’re eligible
While we endeavour to do our best to resolve coupons and rewards redemption queries, sometimes they may be caused by external variables, which are not within our direct control. This guide is designed to help you configure your devices to ensure your coupon and rewards are eligible when it comes time for you to redeem them. (Detailed steps for redeeming exclusive rewards from MoneyHero).
So please ensure you follow these steps before you click Apply and you will be well on your way to redeeming exciting rewards, only from MoneyHero.
A word about privacy
The reason we need to take these steps is to ensure our external partners i.e. Banks and financial institutions are properly registering the application. Only through this, are we able to verify that you are eligible for your reward. MoneyHero does not actively collect user data during this process. Any user data that we may hold is done so in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do not use private browsing
Private browsing comes in many different names depending on the browser you use. Most common amongst which are “Incognito window” from Chrome, “Private browsing” from Safari, “InPrivate” from Edge and “Secret mode” from Samsung Internet browser.

To exit out of private browsing, simply close all Incognito windows. Proceed to use your browser and to apply for products on MoneyHero.

On iPhone’s Safari,
the “Private” button in white is indicating the browser is running in private browsing mode. Tap “Private” to turn off this mode.

If you use Chrome on your iPhone,
swipe to the left to switch from Incognito to regular Chrome tabs by clicking.

On Android Chrome,
in order to exit Incognito mode, tapand you will see whether if you have Incognito tabs open or not. Simply proceed to tap
to close your Incognito tabs.

Allow cookie
In computer Chrome,
go to Settings, click Privacy and security, untick “Send a “Do Not Track” request with your browsing traffic”.

On an Android using Chrome,
Tap> Settings, scroll down to Privacy. Ensure “Do Not Track” is turned off.

In Mac's Safari,
go to Preferences, Privacy and make sure “Prevent cross-site tracking” and “Block all cookies” are unticked.

If you’re on your iPhone and are using Safari, go to:
Settings > Safari, scroll down to Privacy & Security, then toggle “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies” to off as illustrated below.
Toggle the buttons so that they are grey, not green, to turn the settings off.

Disable ad blockers
If you use ad blockers with your browser, please ensure they are disabled. Follow the instructions below to disable these common ad blockers. (i) Click on the icon in the browser's toolbar, and then (ii) pause the adblocker function on this website.
