If your chosen reward is Max Miles and it is ready for collection, please follow the steps below to redeem it.
Step 1: Check your redemption email
Please check your email inbox for a message sent from max@heymax.ai.
Email Subject: Contains "Heymax miles reward redemption notification."
Tip: If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders.
Step 2: Click the exclusive redemption link
Within the email, you will find a unique redemption link.
Click the link: The system will automatically direct you to the Heymax mobile app.
If not yet installed: The system will prompt you to download it from the App Store or Google Play.
If already installed: The app will open directly.
Step 3: Complete the crediting process in the App
Once you enter the app, the system will process the reward based on your login status:
Existing Users: If you are already logged in, the app will automatically identify your account and proceed directly to the "Miles Credited" success page.
New Users: The screen will display "MoneyHero is gifting you Max Miles." Please select "Sign Up" or "Login." Once your account is set up, the reward will be credited immediately.
