Congratulations that you've successfully applied for a financial product through MoneyHero and received an e-gift card/cash coupon as a reward. We currently use two redemption platforms for customers to redeem e-gift cards or cash coupons, such as Apple Store Gift Cards and HKTVmall e-vouchers. Please follow the steps below to redeem your gift card/e-voucher.
If you've already chosen an e-gift card as your reward, please add rewards@e.moneyhero.com.hk and redemption@rewardkoi.com to your whitelist beforehand to ensure you don't miss any emails.
If the reward redemption email you received was sent from rewards@e.moneyhero.com.hk, please refer to this link.
If the reward redemption email you received was sent from redemption@rewardkoi.com, please refer to below steps:
Step 1: You will receive a reward redemption notification issued by redemption@rewardkoi.com.
Step 2: Click on the "Claim Your Gift Now" link in the email.
Step 3: Log in to the Rewardkoi platform by entering the email address used for your reward registration and your Rewardkoi account password.
Important:
- If you haven’t registered a Rewardkoi account yet, you must sign up using the same email address linked to your reward redemption.
- Otherwise, you won’t be able to view your gift card after logging in.
Step 4: Enter your Application Reference Number or Claim Code, then click Submit to proceed.
Step 5: If the entered details are correct, click "View Code" to access your gift card number.
Step 6: Your gift card number will be displayed as shown below:

For Apple Store Gift Cards (Apple device users):
Click "Add to Wallet" to save it directly to your Apple Wallet. -
For Other Gift Cards (e.g., HKTVmall, Trip.com) or Non-Apple Devices:
Safely record the gift card number and promptly redeem/store it in your respective account (e.g., HKTVmall account, Trip.com account, or related platform).
