You are entitled to request a free report if your credit application has been rejected.
Applicable Scenario: Your credit application (including credit card, loan, or mortgage application) has been rejected by a lending institution, and that institution had checked your credit data with TransUnion.

How to Request:
You will receive a "Rejection Letter."
Following the instructions on the rejection letter, please send an email to tufoc@transunion.hk with your name and the name of the bank or financial institution on the rejection letter.
TransUnion will send you a designated code via email within 3 working days to claim your free report.
Channel 3: [Paid Subscription] TransUnion Monthly Service
If you require frequent monitoring or real-time alerts, you can opt for the paid subscription service.
Fee: A monthly fee of HK$280 is payable.
